THE EVENING RITUAL

A more considered sessionThe Obsidian Games Review journal

A little preparation can turn a distracted scroll into a deliberate choice.

Make one clear choice

Pick the device you want to use and the genre you feel like exploring. Narrowing those two things is often enough to make the catalogue feel approachable.

Read the source

The official page contains the current conditions, device requirements and account information. Read them before installing or registering. Editorial summaries are an introduction, not a substitute for those details.

Keep the session comfortable

Choose a comfortable place to play, consider taking breaks and adjust sound and display settings to suit your space. There is no need to finish every objective in one sitting.

Save tomorrow's idea

If a second game catches your eye, add it to your selection rather than opening everything at once. Your saved collection stays on this device until you clear it.
